The
four photographs in portfolio #1 juxtapose the world trade center towers with
other buildings and nearby objects. The Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty
Ferry and an East River Tour boat provide viewpoints for these pictures. They
were taken during four consecutive family summer vacations to New York City
in the late 1980's. Each photo is a link to a larger stationary view.
The
five photographs in portfolio #2 take the viewer from ground level at the base
of the towers, into the lobby and up to the 101st story observation deck. My
wife Becky, daughter Dawn and I visited the North Tower while on summer vacation.
On a calmer day we would have been able to go out on the roof and look around.
Each photo is a link to a larger stationary view.
